Responsibilities:
– Serves as the point of contact for clients and communicates with them by phone and email to
respond to questions and requests.
– Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
– Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details and coordinating with clients.
– Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process.
– Generate group or corporate leads through internet prospecting, networking and
telemarketing.
– Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
– Design, upload, extract and maintain customer databases.
– Conduct research and collect data to prepare reports and documents.

Prerequisites:
– Speak with clients using clear and professional language.
– Working knowledge of standard office administration practices and procedures.
– Having excellent customer service skills.
– Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
– Be friendly, customer-centric, smile and be able to work in a team environment.

Education and skill set:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (added advantage) or any stream.
2. Good computer skills: proficient in using Microsoft office internet browsing.
3. Previous experience in sales would be an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and strategies.
6. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
7. Enthusiasm for fitness and knowing fitness industries (Pilates)
