Reformer 2 is an intermediate course that builds on Reformer 1, introducing more advanced Reformer exercises and safety modifications. It covers programs for special populations such as pre and post-natal clients, people with osteoporosis, and those with lower back issues.

Anyone who has completed Reformer 1 and has at least 6 months of experience teaching Movement Principles can take pilates reformer level 2 exercises. You should also have a solid understanding of anatomy before testing out.

Reformer 2 allows you to master advanced techniques, cater to a wider range of clients, and learn to assess and correct movement patterns in real-time.

You’ll learn how to master intermediate and advanced Reformer exercises, adapt exercises for different skill levels, design engaging Pilates classes, correct dysfunctional movements effectively, and create balanced muscle development.
